Sound Like I Have A Stuffy Nose When I Talk

birthday

In Berlin, it snowed last night. Although today mainly the sun shone, the cold weather, the match carried on the upcoming day in any way highlighted.

"sail time" is the title of this blog and this ambition - in a very broad sense - is to keep this blog also reserved. In that regard, there is still room for gleaning and evaluation of our last 4 months at sea. And of course all zuzkünftigen sailing times and experiences around Wailana.

Private exhibitionism about the joy and frustration of the impending further life on the other hand may be continued in future may be in a different blog (kugel.blogspot.com). Since David's fifth

Birthday of the temporal endpoint of our previous Family Sailing in the Caribbean can marked, and the following pictures of our child's birthday here today to be room. Congratulations, great pirate!

Le Marin, Sunday, 3/9/2008, 22 clock

The R & # 252; ckkehr in the cul-de-Sac du Marin had been planned only for tomorrow. Last night we anchored in Anse Mitan with the notorious "idiot-reef". (It requires, in fact, a whole chain of unfortunate circumstances around with the small and with a ton of danger marked reef in the otherwise wide Bay to get into the enclosure.) Now that we have there now bathed early on just over an hour around the boat around, we did not tonight down in the short term direct management to a final of bays, the Mouillage de Ste Anne, and in the port .

a berth at the jetty we get here, but can not. Hopefully it works tomorrow or no later than Tuesday. A bridge would facilitate the clearing up of the sailboat us very much, especially the children remove all drawers and shelves faster than we sort them. We are now here in front of the Marina between the flax at anchor at an estimated 1.5 meters water depth and this so quiet that we ask ourselves in between, whether the two keels sit down not already (they do not).

We have already the same evening processed the first two points of our to-do list and first Wailana refueled and taken second contact with cactus-Günther, which we hope to point to our good Wailana paying attention, until they can return to Europe.

a wireless connection, we have not Traderjob.

klariert you look a the internet cafe. On a specific computer are you in all the required data to the ship, the crew and the itinerary. Once you sign the completed form by clicking the appropriate button submits, "gives an expression which stamps the landlady and signs (without ever ship any papers or travel document ; let sse show). Very efficiently properly, this method basically, but of course. Martinique

us again so since tonight. Another 35 nm to Le Marin, where we want to arrive on Monday to still have enough time to leave all preparations have to. So a little more time for one or the other bay on the way there.

The trip here was the fastest of Roseau, the crew we had a family before. In apparent wind 25-30 knots from the ideal 70 to 90 degrees to the direction we sailed out of the country coverage between the islands through nearly 8 knots. Because we are a family cruiser and a tough race boat that was great.

Because the children on such trips regularly sleep so much, they are now wide awake in the evening, whereas I Odent done and ready for bed.

Increasingly we find joy in diving. This is also true of David, about the swimming noodle or a bath ring leaning long and enduring stars sea urchins,, considered fish and corals. Yesterday a long trip (10 nm round-trip intended) with the dinghy in the Douglas Bay, where it should be beautiful, according to the district leader for snorkeling. Was it too (well, the Red Sea was the Caribbean in this regard so far nirgenwo, corals, there are often more isolated, colorful fish but it has many).

Although the repeated motifs, some pictures.

can beach just for us (even with stones build great):

Marie Claire is hartnäckick out control from time to time, and lets me then only according to the screaming protest back to the steering tiller:

also snorkeling from from dinghy is possible:

Trödlelioo, Juhee! And the earth does move.

It took the highest German court and the Constitution. After that is certain: legal services may be auctioned on the Internet. My constitutional appeal was successful!

That was the Federal Constitutional Court in time for the start of the CeBIT even a press release worth

How Much Does It Cost To Run Pedestal Fans

rainy day in Portsmouth

Today was very rainy. We have our way to Einklarieren While waiting patiently for hours until the sun once shone through briefly, but were still soaking wet back to our sailboat. So there is today not much exciting to report. Here therefore bizarre from the Prince Rupert Bay in Dominica, we find the way, very nice and sympathetic:

Last night we quietly at anchor in the "Anse sous le vent" the à Cabrit Islet, one of the island's small group of Saintes. This morning again spend bathing. Around noon, the Toriba chugs past us! After a cheerful small talk over the rail in this little world of sailing we start to clock up 13 to Dominica.

crossing without rain despite some major problems with genoa and reefed. At present there are home-made pizza for dinner. Because my in exactly one month ago Antigua purchased for $ 50 "1-month" wireless access that works here on a series of bays, expires in 20 minutes, a quick greeting. We are here in all probability at least 2 days, may stay longer.

One more week. On Monday, we will be back in 3/10/2008 in Le Marin, the end of our Caribbean trip. After Cousteau National Park we have stayed in front of the Marina Guadeloupe's capital Basse-Terre at anchor. The marina is deserted and quite far from chic. Here, the "native" French people are your boats and obviously has no interest in yacht tourism. We have early yesterday morning there nevertheless taken the laundromat for 2 washes to complete. Then we went to Bourg des Saintes, an anchorage, which we know from the beginning of our trip already. (Anchors just do not quite, 15 to 20 meters water depth with the corresponding Schwoiradius, the boats are nevertheless very close.)

We have already checked out for Sunday and then be expected to sail tomorrow for Portsmouth, Dominica.

A few more photos.
