Bourg des Saintes / Les Saintes / Guadeloupe
Saturday, 03.01.2008, 11:00 clock
One more week. On Monday, we will be back in 3/10/2008 in Le Marin, the end of our Caribbean trip. After Cousteau National Park we have stayed in front of the Marina Guadeloupe's capital Basse-Terre at anchor. The marina is deserted and quite far from chic. Here, the "native" French people are your boats and obviously has no interest in yacht tourism. We have early yesterday morning there nevertheless taken the laundromat for 2 washes to complete. Then we went to Bourg des Saintes, an anchorage, which we know from the beginning of our trip already. (Anchors just do not quite, 15 to 20 meters water depth with the corresponding Schwoiradius, the boats are nevertheless very close.)
We have already checked out for Sunday and then be expected to sail tomorrow for Portsmouth, Dominica.
A few more photos.

When Marie Claire "Suits" says she wants to swim alone. Only with water wings. And because it's so much fun, they will prefer to swim without water wings and even the "Suits". We have "Suits" not without anything in 40Meter depth try:
